LV Nails & Spa will pay the full out-the-door purchase price of the vehicle, including the destination fee, order fee, tire fee, title fee, and Nevada sales tax assessed at time of purchase, but excluding any optional upgrades, add-ons, or accessories selected by the winner. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $41,898.00, reflecting the estimated out-the-door purchase price as described above. Actual value may vary depending on dealership pricing at time of purchase

Eligibility: Open to Nevada residents age eighteen (18) or older. Employees, officers, and immediate family members of LV Nails & Spa are not eligible to participate.

Method of Entry: Free entry is available in person at LV Nails & Spa during regular business hours by requesting a ticket. Limit one (1) entry per person per day, regardless of purchase or number of visits.

Entry Period: Entries will be accepted only during the regular business hours of LV Nails & Spa, beginning on February 20, 2026 and ending at 4 p.m. on October 31, 2026. No entries will be accepted after this.

Entry Conditions: One (1) ticket equals one (1) chance to win. Tickets have no cash value and are non-transferable.

Drawing: The winner will be selected by random drawing on October 31, 2026 at LV Nails & Spa. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Requirements: The selected winner must present the original winning ticket, accompany LV Nails & Spa to the dealership to complete the purchase, and obtain valid automobile insurance before taking possession of the vehicle.

Taxes: The prize constitutes taxable income. LV Nails & Spa will pay the Nevada sales tax, destination fee, order fee, tire fee, and title fee assessed on the vehicle purchase on behalf of the winner, as reflected in the ARV above. The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal and state income taxes on the price value. LV Nails & Spa will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner reflecting the full ARV as taxable income as required by law.
